Take our client (and friend) Jack Pruett, for example. Jack is autistic. When he first started coming to the salon it was hard for him to make eye contact with the staff or to hold a conversation with us. He didn’t even want us to acknowledge he was there. After Matt gave him the haircut of his dreams and helped him feel at ease, he began to open up to us. To see Jack now compared to back then is like night and day. He will now look us in the eye, shake our hands, and tell us about his day in full detail. Sometimes he even calls the salon to schedule his own appointments!
