Matthew’s and Co. Salon wants YOU! We are currently searching for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and are looking for an apprenticeship program that is both challenging and fun.

Q. Which approach is the curriculum based on?
A. It’s a blend of Siggers Hairdressers Vidal Sassoon approach and Aveda’s Horst Rechelbacher’s curriculum.
Q. Who are the educators?
A. Our owner Matthew Miller will be the main educator. He’s trained internationally under some of the best educators in the world including:
Mazella & Palmer Academy in London
ZGAT Academy in Croatia,
Artego in Rome, Italy
Adam Federico, Owner of Federico Advanced
Jacob Khan, Jacob K Hair

Q. What does the apprenticeship at Matthew’s & Co. Salon include?
A. In addition to hands-on training with Matthew AND a veteran stylist with 10+ years of experience behind the chair, you’ll learn about all the areas of hair design including hairdressing services, managing client relations, scheduling and booking, sales, promoting talent, and most importantly, upholding the Ritz Carlton standard of customer service with clients.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have all the necessary skills to work in a high-end, fashion-forward salon AND will have met all the requirements needed to obtain your Georgia cosmetology license.
Throughout the apprenticeship, students will also receive strong support and encouragement from a well-trained team with a passion for exceeding their clients’ expectations.
